either one can initiate it….. talking , or physical contact in a way that gets the off works.

I missed the second part of your q. These days it is usually started with him feeling up my azz. That boy loves my butt. Or he’ll start kissing my body- my back, stomach, etc. and we move on from there.
I do by acting annoyed and flipping through the channels on the TV until he gets up and goes and watches Sports Center on ESPN.
Usually whoever’s paying.

So usually seduction happens while on a date, or sitting on the sofa, arms around one another and some heavy kissing and caressing.
I think if you both have the same goal in mind, and that’s to get into the bedroom, then who initiates the seduction is actually a moot point.
