In case you don’t know it’s a subculture (or they call themselves one) on working on pick-up skills, social interaction with women, and basically how to attract dates.
Their opponents say that their main goal is deception and that they are not sincere in their approach; just want to work on attracting people and then letting them go.. like keeping a score to prove how many women they can get.

I don’t really see what could be so communal about it. Men are supposed to compete with each other, not help each other find mates. It makes no sense.

I think it’s obnoxious and immature… too much ego in one community.
I think it shows you are a valuable human being if people actually want to stay around you for more than one night. Anybody can get a one night stand. To actually attract someone for the long term says you have worth.
Pathetic, if you have to put in so much effort it isn’t worth it because the other person should meet you half way. But I suppose in a way it is a form of charity.
“Seduction”, dear. It’s not about “social interaction”, it’s about getting a woman to f*ck them.
I wouldn’t say they’re deceptive. Just…pathetic.
Seduction community also helps in a lot of other aspects of life like becoming confident and social.
The members help each other out to become successful with women. It’s not tricks or deception, it’s just a learned skill. No cheats!!
There’s nothing wrong with that because every one wants a good date and it’s so much harder for guys to get dates because they are often shy and lack confidence/social skills.
To make it worse: Guys are expected to approach women. Quite a number of guys find it very difficult and they deserve the help they get in all fairness. Almost everyone wants to be social and to have fun and such communities are a great tool.
For Heaven’s sake, some people need to get a hobby.
The girls I know would be too smart to let them win.
