i heard from my friend about something called conversational hypnosis.
When i first heard it, i didn’t like the idea of it, because it is mainly about controlling
people’s minds and getting them to do something they otherwise wouldn’t do. I think
this is complete manipulation and it isn’t a good idea for me. but imagine if i wanted
to learn how to build instant rapport with friends by hypnosis session mp3 or through NLP,
would that be manipulating too?? building rapport with others??? plz answer

The entire idea is ludicrous. You can’t hypnotize someone by talking to them, and you can’t get people to do what they otherwise wouldn’t.
Only on TV is hypnosis a mind control thing. Don’t waste your time.

What matters here is the intention. Building rapport with others will not constitute manipulation by itself. But the intention could be to manipulate people. Not a great idea.
Better to learn to be able to control oneself. Others will naturally fall into place!
