A few hypnosis questions..?

Ok, I’ve been researching hypnosis for a while now and I still have questions. First off, how do you induce hypnosis without the person knowing or how do you perform conversational hypnosis? Second, I’m kinda nervous to try it on my friends, what should I do? Third what should I do if the induction doesn’t work, because I’d think it would be awkward if the 8 word induction didn’t work. lol.
I know a lot of induction by the way. Like:
The Eye roll induction
The Erickson Handshake Method
The Handshake Interrupt
The Butterfly induction
ect.(Sorry if this isn’t in the right section)

Well like anything else it takes practice. You need to establish rapport, monitor your pitch and tonality and practice so that it flows naturally. conversational hypnosis really works when you have it down pat.
